i totally kicked anna's back door in last night after we'd both left our keys locked inside.

today i shall mostly be trying to get things ready for my new ears.

NO, no you did not! YOU, locked the keys in the middle room, and had to 'push' the door till it gave in. THAT is the difference. My back door remains fully in tack thank you very much!
Today I rang the landlord and made up some story so that I would not have to pay for this!
I NEED to remember to leave 1 spare set of keys with the safety adult, as next time I might be naked and alone apart from the coat stand!!!!
