dafjust learnt that the every child a reader scheme is being rolled out nationwide.
costing £2,500 per pupil, and doing what is surely the parents' job, this is exactly the sort of thing that were i a tax payer, would have me spitting teeth with fury.
people who can't/won't teach their offspring to read should not be allowed to breed.
