modern advertising techniques are so powerful they're able to infiltrate almost everyone on a subconscious level...planting their slogans and themes deep in the recesses of our mind. who among us isn't familiar with the slogan, "there are some thing's in life money can't buy, but for everything else there's mastercard."
well, it would appear one person who wasn't was ariel sharon. that is at least until earlier this year.
apparently, on a diplomatic trip in april, he did more than discuss the west bank with us officials... he was exposed to the subtle form of mind control that we in the western world know as advertising.
it's rumoured sharon's collection of plastic now rivals that of walter cavanagh, so profound was the effect that his short term exposure to american advertising jingles had.

who'd have thought that all it would take to bring piece to the middle east was a credit card and google...
and perhaps more poignantly, who'd have thought the shock of finally getting what he's been campaigning for all these years would be too much for yasser?
