here's a sample question for anyone feeling clever.

40. convert 1234 and 2345 to binary then AND the results.
what is the answer expressed in hexadecimal?

B) 28F
C) 12F0
D) ABC

they also repeated a question with the only answer common to both possible sets being the correct one.

i'm sure more than one student will still manage to answer them incorrectly.

it would appear my course leader's not alone in the world of ineptitude.

it's exactly this sort of wanton disorganisation that i'm coming to expect from lecturers... makes me wonder if it's something that's taught at postgrad level ;)

the exam i sat earlier on today on problem solving for computing was delayed for about 30 minutes because the lecturers couldn't solve the problem of uploading the excel and access files for us to use in the test.
