am full of yummy sushi: just got back from taking grace to victoria and got some from the wasabi place there as a tube-snack... omnyom nyom nyom

got woken up this morning by workmen on our street making more noise than aught be legal. turns out they were placing speed humps on our road in uber quick time.

spent today watching films with grace :]

am gonna go for a bike ride now... as katie's coming round later and i wanna get some exercise before i see her :]

just been round visiting debz...

had three cups of coffee, which promptly sent me to sleep for an hour.

...and she claims she didn't spike 'em. o.O
