Anxiety dreams are the worst, mine usually involve not being able to find something, losing something important... or all of my teeth falling out. fun times.
this is two nights in a row that i've had vivid dreams... i wouldn't mind it if they were like wednesdays slumber excursion, but last nights ones were so upsetting i couldn't sleep through 'em.
Join the club, although those feelings happen when I wake up. Generally speaking I have dreams whereby I'm solving any and all problems aggresively but when I wake then I realise nothing has happened (as having a Vinnie Jones car door experience with my old bank manager would be bad for both of us)
I've been necking a 5htp each night before bed. It tends to help although it may be psychological.
i've probably got shit on my mind or something... still, it's not like me - i'm normally so laid back i might as well be dead.
i can picture you now: laughing maniacally in the firey wagon of doom whilst driving down a high street with your bank manager - his head trapped in your window - struggling to keep pace with the car... all the time, the fearsome beats of gabba-techno blasting out of the stereo like bullets from a machine gun!
ohmygod, i have had the worst dreams the last couple of weeks. like, whole new world orders and imaginary bands holding the key to world peace. eeek. Thanks for talking me out of it when i was slowing down but also if you need any tips i am keen on other peoples dreams and try to help :) xxx
you're most welcome. all this dreamin's starting to make me feel like father dougal. still, getting a new bed tomorrow so hopefully the normal service of uninterrupted slumber can be resumed.
